Maren Morris has had an incredible last few years. Between releasing her debut album Hero, touring with some of country music's biggest stars, and her own headlining tour, Maren has also collaborated with some amazing artists, spanning multiple genres. And although she'd done some pretty cool collabs thus far, she has her heart set on a few more artists she has yet to work with.
"I would love to do something with Ed Sheeran at some point, or Bruno Mars I think would be really fun. I'm just a genuine fan of both of those guys, and they're boundary pushers, which, I always like to feel like I am. And so, yeah, maybe some day. That would be awesome."
ATTENTION ED AND BRUNO. THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT.
This year alone, Maren teamed up with dance music superstar and producer Zedd on their hit song "The Middle." Morris has also worked with Thomas Rhett, Vince Gill, Niall Horan, Dierks Bentley, and more.
During her backstage interview, before she took the stage, Maren, who is originally from Arlington, Texas, also revealed that her favorite '90s song is Ginuwine's "Pony" (or any Spice Girls or Blackstreet song). Watch her full backstage Facebook Live interview above!
Hosted by Bobby Bones, this year's iHeartCountry Festival included performances from superstar country artists including Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Dustin Lynch, Cole Swindell, Maren Morris, Sugarland, Luke Combs, Billy Currington, Dan + Shay, Jon Pardi and Brett Young.
