Both the Blackshear Police Department and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office along with Fraud Division of the Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s Department conducted searches of the home and office of Dana Larson, owner of Management South Insurance Agency in Blackshear, Georgia. Larson was arrested at her home on Wednesday (6/15/17) and charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana before bonding out late last night. Larson is also currently under investigation for insurance fraud; more charges may be forthcoming.
Officials are suggesting any customer of the Management South Agency check with their insurance carrier to confirm valid coverage.
