Kelly Clarkson’s jaw dropped when she heard about a “crazy moment” Keith Urban experienced during one of his concerts.
Clarkson hosted the country star on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Monday (December 9). She asked whether Urban had ever experienced “a crazy moment where things went awry [on tour]?” Urban recalled a surprising time that a concertgoer asked him to sign an unexpected item.
Urban recalled, “this girl yells out from the audience, ‘will you sign my leg?’ And I went, ‘of course.’ What a great moment, you know? This is years — long, long time ago. So, she’s out there [in the crowd]. I say, ‘yep, yep, come on up,’ you know, and she disappears. I couldn’t see her. And then she pops up out of the same spot she is, and throws this prosthetic leg up on stage. This leg just landed with a thud [on stage]. So, I pick the leg up and I’m signing the leg, and then I’m like, ‘how do I get it back to her?’ …I gave it to the audience and they just surfed it back.”
Clarkson’s jaw dropped when Urban said the fan threw her prosthetic leg on stage. She gushed, “that is incredible! …She is rock n’ roll! She’s like, ‘sign my leg,’ and then just thew it at you? That’s amazing. I wanna have a drink with her.”
