Keep an eye out… Carly Pearce seemingly dropped a teaser on her social media channels on Sunday evening (January 29), hinting that it’ll be a “big week” for the “What He Didn’t Do” artist.

Pearce posted a stunning black-and-white snapshot with her mysterious message, and her social media followers gushed over the “beautiful” photo and begged for more info. Some wondered whether Pearce was referring to the GRAMMY Awards, and others hoped it was a hint that new music was on the way, including her previously-teased unreleased track “Trust Issues”: “Trust issues release?,” “I neeeeeeed new music Car!,” “Let’s go to da Grammy’s !!!,” “I’m freaking outtttt,” “Grammy nod?,” “FREAKING OUT,” “maam i’m not sure if i’m ready!!!”

It wasn’t clear as of publication time, however, what Pearce’s caption meant (but eagle-eyed fans will likely keep an eye out for more info throughout the week).

Pearce has previously shared behind-the-scenes looks from the recording studio after confirming that she’s working on her next record. The award-winning singer-songwriter has shared snippets of unreleased tracks, including “Trust Issues” and “We Don’t Fight Anymore.” Earlier this month, she wrote in a tweet that “2023 seems like a good time to put out some new music…”

Pearce is nominated in the Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group category at the 65th GRAMMY Awards for her smash-hit heartbreak duet with Ashley McBryde, “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” which appeared on her 2021 album, 29: Written in Stone.
